Forum: mosaic Subject: Is Mosaic a public domain video ?

I'm doing a Music video for a band in Australia and looking for middle east news clip which I found most video I want here. The point is that after I looked all over this webpage. I found out that I'm allowed to use the public domain video clip for my music video but I'm not so sure about this part (Mosaic Middle east news) Because most of the video are from the external sources like Al-Jazeera and somne middle east news agency.

This music video is for commercial reason (Broadcast on TV) but I'm doing it as a part of subject in my university. I didn't get pay for doing this and I'm not paying the Band for making this Music video too. But the video itself will be used to promote the band's new album.

So ... to the question

Can I use the Mosaic Middle east news clip for my work in this case ?

As each episode states in the beginning, Mosaic is for "educational and noncommercial use only." For more, you can contact the producers through the form here:

Forum: mosaic Subject: ME streams

The Middle East news streams of Oct 31 and Nov 01 don't seem to be on line.
The reason might be something being in error with the files:
the small one (usually named is now, allegedly, 60 kb and
the broadband version (usually named is now supposed 350kb
I wonder if this is correct.
